Lodging Cancellation / Refund Policy; If the decision to cancel a lodging booking is made by:
- GTI a full refund will be given to the customer.
- The Event Host, the customer will be charged a fee not to exceed 10% and the remaining balance will be refunded.
- The Customer, prior to 24 hours of scheduled arrival, they will be charged a fee not to exceed 10% and the remaining balance will be refunded.
- The Customer, within 24 hours of scheduled arrival, they will be charged for a full nights and the remaining balance will be refunded.
For product order cancellations that have not shipped there will be a 10% service fee.
For product order cancellations that have already shipped there will be a 75% refund after product has been returned in its original condition.
Training Course Cancellation / Refund Policy; If the decision to cancel a Training Course is made by:
- GTI a full refund will be given to the customer.
- The Customer, prior to 24 hours of scheduled delivery, they will be charged a fee not to exceed 25% and the remaining balance will be refunded.
- The Customer, within 24 hours of scheduled delivery, they will be charged a fee not to exceed 50% and the remaining balance will be refunded.
For most cancellation situations GTI is willing to extend a credit for the full purchase amount towards other products or future lodging / training bookings.
