PayPal is no longer returning the seller fees on refunds. Therefore any orders cancelled by the customer, not related to a GTI decision, where a refund is requested, will result in a reduction not to exceed 5%. If the customer elects to leave the purchase amount with GTI as credit for a future transaction the total original amount will be credited.
